Welcome to Sand Flat Water Supply Corp. Property owners of a property with an existing meter may apply for new service by completing the attached Service Agreement, providing proof of ownership of the land, and paying a $200 membership deposit. If the meter is locked, there is a $50.00 unlock fee as well.
Properties needing one (1) new standard meter installed must complete the attached Service Agreement, provide proof of ownership of the land and pay $3,000.00 (includes the $200.00 Membership) beginning August 1, 2025. Please be advised that the last page of the service agreement must be notarized, it must be printed on it's own piece of white paper and the original returned to us to file with Smith County. We can notarize it for you in our office at no charge.
